North Sound 2-1-1 Need emergency housing? Call 2-1-1 for emergency housing or other services in Snohomish, Skagit, San Juan, Island and Whatcom Counties. North Sound 2-1-1 is a regional call center. For immediate assistance call 2-1-1, or 800-584-3578, between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. After hours messages will be returned the next business day.
Cocoon House Are you a teen — age 13 to 17 — seeking help? Whether you need place to stay or a ride to a safe place, call 425-877-5171. Cocoon House is the only organization in Snohomish County that focuses specifically on helping homeless and at-risk teens.
Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County If you, or someone you know, is a victim of domestic violence, Domestic Violence Services can help. Free and confidential services include emergency shelter, legal advocacy, support groups and domestic violence education. YWCA Seattle/King/Snohomish provides a wide variety of social and support activities for women and families in Snohomish County. The YWCA’s Women and Veterans Minority Outreach program acts as a liaison with a number of agencies that serve veterans, including the Washington Department of Veterans Affairs, the VA Medical Center, King County Veterans' Program and Compass Housing Alliance.
