The First Presbyterian Church of Everett is seeking someone to lead our Chancel Choir on Sunday mornings. We are searching for someone to energize and lead us into a fuller expression of worship through the direction of our choir.

Responsibilities:

• Provide worship service leadership on Sunday mornings and assist in preparation of music for special services throughout the year.
• Direct, coordinate, and schedule music for worship services with the Head of Staff, Organist, and other contributing musicians.
• Quarterly staff meeting with Head of Staff.
• Ensure the music program is compliant with US copyright laws (CCLI).

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn the foundations of Reformed worship.
• Ability to work with others and lead as a team member.
• Experience as a choir director.
  
  

Compensation:

• $25/hour, 10 hours a week, 50 weeks a year.

Stocker Hall is a larger event space that is ideal for large group gatherings. Stocker Hall is equipped with an industrial kitchen. Stocker Kitchen is ideal for all kitchen needs large and small. Calvin Lounge is a cozy, intimate meeting space ideal for small to medium group meetings and gatherings. Calvin Lounge is equipped with a small pullman size kitchen space. (Capacity: 60 in upholstered and folding chairs)

Our library is an ideal meeting room for small groups. (Capacity: 20 with large central table)

Westminster Hall is ideal for larger group events including conferences, meetings, receptions, etc. Westminster Hall has a kitchen that is ideal as a prep and holding space for catered food items. (Capacity: 120 in chairs with no tables, 80 round tables); Westminster Kitchen
(Residential Size)

Our chapel is ideal for small group meetings. (Capacity: 60 in rigid and folding chairs)
